To make Cocktail Base: Pour every liquids in a big jug, leave to sit for an hour, then filter it best through cheesecloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.

For serving: Add 85ml from the cocktail base to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter to a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, decorate with a few cranberries and complete it by giving it a quick spritz of the essential oil above the glass.
